Priority shipping methods are selected such as UPS. For all “Ground” orders, we will use “best method” and may use different carriers

We use UPS for shipping in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). To inquire how to purchase products internationally, please contact Dr. Smoothie Customer Service at (888) 466-9941 or email us at info@drsmoothie.com.

All Ground orders will be processed & shipped within 2-3 business days. Overnight orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time in order to guarantee same day shipping. Most orders placed before 1:00 pm Pacific Time Monday – Friday will be shipped on the same day or the next business day. Dr. Smoothie Brands is closed on weekends and we observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after), and Christmas Eve and Day.

When checking out, please provide any details or special requests in the order notes fields. This information will help assist our warehouse team with fulfilling your order. For special arrangements or if you need to expedite a shipment for an order over 150 pounds, please contact our Customer Service Department (888) 466-9941.

All orders may be susceptible to additional handling fees.


Dr. Smoothie products, under certain circumstances, can be returned under the following conditions:

→ Product must be returned prior to 45 days from the invoice date.

→ A RMA (returned merchandise authorization) must be approved by customer service.

→ The customer will be charged for all shipping charges to your location and back from your location, plus a 10% restocking fee.

→ The product is also subject to being checked for freshness, damage, etc... once received back in our warehouse.

→ The net credit will be calculated & applied to your next order, or refunded.
